The Backstory

Flannels is one of the UK's leading luxury retailers, specialising in contemporary men’s and women’s designer clothing, footwear and accessories. Naturally their music had to be as cutting edge as their clothing.

What we did

Working closely with the branding and marketing departments, we developed a selection of playlists to represent the sound of the season, showcasing all the best new releases from house and electronica, to indie and RnB.

Flannels is the destination for customers to discover something new. The playlists are split into two - chilled for mornings and upbeat for afternoons and weekends. Signature artists for Flannels include the likes of Kojey Radical and Peggy Gou, both of whom effortlessly straddle the world of fashion and contemporary music.

Enjoying our bespoke package, Flannels are also sent monthly updates from us with regards to new music, relevant news and even pre-written tweets for them to use and talk about the music in store.

Customer Connect

Our bespoke 'Customer Connect' service allows customers to scan a unique code and access the 'now playing' venue playlist. We've seen great success at Flannels in Oxford Street so far. Displaying cards around the store, customers have been engaging with the music they love, which is updated each month.

"I was in the store and every tune that came on was so good I had to have the playlist. I scanned the card and now follow the playlist, which is updated monthly. I love it."
