Raw, emotive confessionalism mixes with poetic imagery with Del Rey’s vocals tending towards hushed and darkened. ‘Let The Light In’ features a guest appearance from Father John Misty on a cautious guitar number that gently breezes by, while ‘Judah Smith Interlude’ presents a snapshot sermon set to delicate piano.
