The new Hydro concert hall, which expects a million visitors per year, has risen from potential ashes and kicked off in style, on Monday, with Rod Stewart as host. Based in Glasgow, right next to the Clyde, it’s a great companion to the existing ‘Armadillo’ where it projects a style and substance, both in architecture and in the events schedule, that make it a great addition to the city. As we know, for the best experience, even in the best venue, you need great music; all the time.

That’s where we come in. We’re proud to announce that we’re curating music for five separate bar, restaurant, and member lounges in the Hydro, as well as the brand new £1m Clyde Built Bar and Kitchen next door in the SECC.

We’ll be creating bespoke playlists unique to each event, to help you really get in the mood. Tonight that means Fleetwood Mac, and with Open Ear involved the support starts as soon as you walk through the door.
